This story was absolutely beautiful. Your choice of the second person narrative was interesting and PERFECT. It was so beautiful and sad. The characterization of Luna couldn't be faulted and I felt that Harry's characterization was also very believable. I got the feeling that Ginny had a job to do with Divination, was this just me or was this what you meant to imply? Especially with Prof. Trelawny's wedding and everything and the dinner thing. I found the splitting up into I - X very effective. It worked perfectly for a one-shot, condensing things and make it feel chopped into short, poignant thoughts and events. The descriptions about the weather were gorgeous, too and I loved the transition from III to IV. The way you described when Luna and Ginny are actually together was sublime - you did it subtly but without shying away from it. I think the thing that hit me most about it was the underlying sadness that came from the acceptance that Harry and Ginny would be together in the end, but the enjoyment of a moment that Luna just had to enjoy, no matter what it meant to Ginny. It nearly brought me to tears. This story was brilliant and re-readable.
