Even though you told me about this story, long time ago, and I read it, I had to give you some props when I jumped on and saw this story over here!
*hugs*

I'd hate to deprive you of the chance to perform the happy dance -
a lovely story :)
Author's Response: It's actually the *feedback* dance. The happy dance is something entirely different involving fire batons. :D Thanks, mizangua.

I really liked it, but I think it was missing a little bit of tension between the two of them. Like I didn't get the feeling of buildup, like there was some mellow companionship and then all the sudden, they are all over each other. Which is okay, but...I just love stories with a bit of tension. ;-) Well done otherwise and I like the quotes on the months.
Author's Response: Thanks, Preferia. I did try to get the build-up in it, but it's a bit subtle and Lupin would insist on being passive-aggressive. I'm glad you liked it anyway.
Reader's Response: Dear Remus? Passive aggressive? No way! ;-)

It's that time of year when we pour over seed catalogues and plan for the spring planting. Your story brought those thoughts to mind immediately.
Very nicely written. I especially liked "Alone instead of solitary." You captured Severus' movement from enjoying his isolation to his discontent with his situation. Remus was subtle and relentless even in his absence.
I think I enjoyed your story especially since I have been following RaeWhit's The Sensible Garden. The two stories complement each other nicely.
I am looking forward to reading more of your writing and must do a check of them after this review.
Author's Response: Thanks for your lovely, thoughtful review, fire wall. It brought a huge smile to my face. I haven't read The Sensible Garden; I'll have to look for it. (I hope you do look up more of my writing and I hope it's to your taste.) :)
