Poor Frankie!  *sniff*

Wonderful, believable on everyone's part, an excellent handling of everything, no miracles, no love potions, just everything all working out.  I loved it.

Ahhhh, that was lovely. *sniff* though I love angst, I also love a happy ending. *sigh* I don't think it much matters how close you stick to cannon with Azkaban and so forth. As it happens I don't think Snape did any time there. He may have been accused of being a Death Eater, but with no witnesses to any crimes and Albus Dumbledore to vouch for him, well . . . I don't see it happening. Severus' statements to Bellatrix in HBP would seem to support that he didn't go to prison as she did. She seems to think her sacrifice greater for having endured Azkaban when Snape was merely prevented from teaching his favorite subject. Heh. Of course the poor man was tormented his entire life. One wonders if the Dementors would have had much effect. Especially as he was so good at burying his emotions. Er, anyway, great read, wonderful take on the characters (Hermione's reaction to Snape and Lupin's relationship was CLASSIC!!!!).

Author's Response: Thank you very much for the kind review! I really appreciate it. And you're likely right about Snape and Azkaban. Canon leaves enough squiggle room for me to believably say he spent a little time there, though I doubt he did. Maybe JKR's encyclopedia will enlighten us about that when she comes out with it. I'd like to know. :)

Nice to see Remus lose control and Severus just get right into it! Loved how Remus didn't know what he was doing but doing it "plusquamperfectus"!!

Author's Response: Haha, thanks very much! I think Severus definitely brings out his wild side. :)

oh! it's good, where to start- Basil, the chapter when he was introduced, I had the version of young Severus just stuck in my head for some time afterwards- very appealing The writing is well expressing both the characters’ perception that is followed in the story Didn’t totally understand the part where Remus meets the trio in the bookstore, what necessary it has –but maybe it gives more sense some time later… The interpretation of Severus humour is quite amusing, like ‘sweet heavenly Hermes’ Remus ‘private time’ is definitely entertaining to read And for the ending of this chapter ..hmm no complains from me

Author's Response: The bookstore will come up later, yes, but the scene was also to illustrate how Remus is coming to terms with his sexuality. :) I'm glad you're enjoying the story -- thanks for reviewing!

Author's Response: Oh, the bookstore scene also has a third purpose: to explain where Tonks is being as that's the canon partner to Remus. I didn't want to just not mention her anywhere or discount the canon pairing.
